Purna Yoga™ for Kids

    Yoga is wonderful for you at any age — it develops strength, flexibility and balance. Purna Yoga™ for Kids introduces kids to yoga in a playful, safe and age appropriate way. Through games, stories and the practice of physical poses, called asanas, kids build confidence in themselves and their abilities as they explore and discover. Purna Yoga™ for Kids classes are taught on Seattle's Eastside, in Redmond, Bellevue and Kirkland by certified Purna Yoga™ instructors, Gina Hagger and Susan Boling. Come join us in the fun!
