





Purna Yoga™ for Kids educates the whole child. The physical poses develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Students learn breath and meditation techniques to release stress and improve concentration. Yogic philosophy teaches life skills such as cleanliness, truthfulness, and non-stealing. We incorporate stories to introduce history, geography and cultural studies. Students also gain skills for making healthy food choices.
Our teachers have a firm background in Purna Yoga™ and in child education. Our teachers also have completed over 2000 hours of yoga training and have a background in teaching children or have apprenticed for a minimum of six months in kids yoga classes. We offer children, families and teachers a safe environment to explore the many benefits of yoga.
